Product Introduction

This locomotive uses AC driving technology,it has the advantages such as good sticking, big traction,wide range of speed regulation, high reliability,less cost for maintanance and etc. It is suitable for tracting of train in the main lane of mine, and on the ground.
The electric locomotive can be mainly used as a tractive device for trans-mission of mineral, equipment, equipment and personnel in opencast. Besides, it can also be used for rail bound transmission on the ground within factories or mines, where the power transmission lines (direct current of 250/550V) will supply the electric locomotive with power.

Chassis
Constructed in welded steel and suspended by leaf spring or rubber studs on grease bearing seats with tapered roller bearings.
Speed control
In order to achieve continuous and stepless speed regulation, they have an electronic speed controller with high reliability.
The AC converters convert the DC from trolley line into AC and the controller adjusts the speed of AC motors by the power frequency of the AC converter.
AC motor
Comparing with DC motors, the 3 phases AC motors have no carbon brushes and any other quick-wear parts.
Brakes
Pneumatic brake to the four wheels by brake shoes. Stop brake by manual mechanical brake.
Sanders
Pneumatic (or mechanical) sanding system to the rails.
Buffers and motor suspension
The locomotive has two buffers with spring shock absorbers to achieve complete shock absorption against collisions. Equally, the motor is suspended from the chassis by a brace with springs.
Headlights
The locomotive has two headlights (diodes LED), one in each direction.

1. The vector control transformer, AC frequency change electric motor and new locomotive cabinet designed and developed by ourself.
2. The products has good sticking, good overload ability, good climbing, safety braking, big traction and easy to operate.
3. Human oriented design, the operation table of driver cab has speed/odometer display and locomotive running signal lamp.
4. Energy-saving, 25% energy saved compared to DC driving.
5. The products can adapt mining working environment, accepted temperature within -40°C~+50°C, accepted floated voltage range within -40%~+30%, with dustproof and shakeproof function.
