The features of HJ products:

1. HJ bogie & trailer axle beam, which has the advantage of small, high intensity, over loading capability and not easy to distort. HJ axles are made of high intensity alloy plank, and it is once formed by 1200T oil manometer and connected by shielded arc welding.

2. HJ axle spindle,which is processed by digital controlled lathe, are forged, quenched and tempered. The bearing position is processed by hardening operation, therefore, the bearing can be fixed by hand instead of heating and provide superior anti-fatigue and wearable capability.

3. HUAJING brake lining has high performance, non-asbestos, non-pollution, and long life. To make check and replace easier, it also comes with exhausting mark as a reminder.

4. HUAJING uses international famous brand grease, which can provide high lubricating performance and protect bearing well.
