OJYG20-20 series oil heating bitumen transport tank containeris suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified bitumen, modified bitumen, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3:1995. The dimension of 20FT container is: L=6058mm,W=2438 mm,H=2438mm, the rated capacity is 20000L, the curb weight is 4100 kg and the gross mass is 23700 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250°C.

The tank body of 20FT transport tank containeradopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system that can input conduction oil or vapor to heat asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volume meter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for transfer transport of asphalt by road, railway and sea.
