1nos, 3”JIALONG brandor equivalent coming vent air operated. Install at the rear of roll over coaming(LHS), vented to atmosphere. Dump vent close when the vapour adaptor is activated. Install on inner side of coaming

13.Loading Discharge Faucet

3nos,JIALONG brandor equivalent API adaptor c/w flange type sight glass dust cap on the kerb side at centre of tanker at 0°angle. The offset distance from centre to centre of API is 330mm. The APT adaptor to be seal with mechanical sealing system.

14. Accessories

3nos, rotary product indicator mounted on API adaptor. (8 sided indicator allows only one grade to be visible at a time).

Compartment number and capacity indicator for each compartment to be installed near discharge faucets.

Compartment capacity to be decaled on rollover coaming beside each compartment(both sides)

15.Control System

2) Vapour vent and dump vent control.

3) Emergency cut off with three cut off switches, one at front left hand side, one at rear right hand side of trailer and one at right hand side of trailer at compartment 2.

16.Overfill Prevention

3nos, 5 wire optic probe installed to manhole cover and 1no.Optic socket, 3J slot to be installed at LHS above vapour recovery adpator. Probe need to be set at 25mm above top full ullage marker in each compartment.

17. Interlock Bar

Security guard bar across discharge faucets to interlock with trailer brakes. System has locking device to prevent bar rising while trailer is in motion.System has locking device to lock bar in open position. The interlock bar should be same wide as mudguard.
