1.General instruction

1.1Background info:

CNG tube skid container will be manufactured by us.It can be called CNG trailer or CNG tube trailer as well, taking its important role during the whole transporting.

1.2Features of CNG tube skid trailer:

A)Standard: ISO11120:1999

B)Size: Standard 40’feet, 12192x2438x(1400-2000)mm, it can be loaded on all standard trailers home and abroad;

C)Seamless steel tubes and close-spinning technology are adopted to enhance air tightness;

D)Large storage volume but less joints, valves and tube quantity to enable safety operation;

E)Safety valves: Parker from USA, top class parts are adopted;

F)Filling capacity from 5000CBM to 8000CBM.

1.3Quality Assurance and Insurance

Before production:

A)Manufacturing and selling licenses and certificates have been granted;

B)Design and drawing will be approved;

C)Testings such as bursting, UT etc will be implemented by certain Inspection Bureau;

During production:

A) Strictly according to ISO standard, from material selection to production finished;

Before delivery:

CNG tube trailer will be inspected before delivery by the thirty party, such as BV, SGS, original reports will be provided together with other documents.

1.4Exporting experience:

Annually production:700 sets(CNG tube trailer and CNG storage cylinder group), exporting 500sets.

Exporting country and region:Asia,Africa,Eastern Europe, Middle East, South America etc.

1.5Application:

For Gas such as CNG, hydrogen, helium, nitrogen transporting from one place to another, it’s widely used in Gas filling station, Gas regulating station, industry etc.
