2. How long is delivery time?

30 days to 45 days,depend on model and quantity

3. Can I order spare parts?

Yes, we have all parts list available for our models

4. How about warranty ?

frame 3 years, motor 1 years, battery 1.5 years, controller 1 year.

5.How about the shipping ?

We can arrange to ship the container, or you may have your own forwarder.

We deliversample by airmail express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.

6. Is sample available?

Yes, sample order is acceptable, but there will be extra cost.

7. Can i choose the colors ?

Yes, Taiwan Y-S painting is available. After color code 9 series, there would be extra cost.

9. Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods?

16. How can I go to the factory ?

Lianmei factory is located in Yongkang city, Zhejiang province, China.

It is 1.5 hours by air from Guangzhou; 1 hour by car from Yiwu;

3 hours by D-train from Shangha to Jinhua(Jinghua is very near to us, only 40minutes by car).
