Tank body structure

Working principle

Take the compressed gas to the gas room under the sealed tank body through pipe by the air compressor which is drove by self-power or outside power, make the powder on the liquid bed in the gas room suspend to flowing condition. Open up the discharge valve, the flowing material is transported by the flowing gas in the pipe when the pressure is arrived rated temperature.

When the working pressure up to 0.2Mpa, the discharge speed: 1.2-1.5t/mm, residual rate <4%
