•Front wall: Moulded fibreglass skins bonded over a ridge polyurethane foam core (100mm thick) with pultrusion reinforcement every 600mm.
•Aperture: For refrigeration unit and mounting frame to suit your Carrier unit.
•Rear Frame: Hot dipped galvanised rear frame fitted with bump rubbers.
•Roof: Moulded fibreglass skins bonded over a rigid polyurethane foam core (100mm thick) with pultrusion reinforcement every 600mm.
•Side Walls: Moulded fibreglass skins bonded over a rigid polyurethane foam core (40mm thick) with pultrusion reinforcement every 600mm.
•Floor: 100mm flat non-slip fibreglass floor over 21mm hardwood plywood, reinforced and bonded to 65mm polyurethane foam insulation under side of floor.
•Polished rails: Heavy duty top and bottom aluminium rails and corner caps
•Kick Panels: 3mm thick galvanised steel 300mm high all around interior.
•Doors: Double rear door fitted with heavy duty hinges and camlocks.
•Mudguards: All compulsory mud guards, reflectors & marker plates.
•Lighting: 3 Interior bright lamps fitted to roof.
•L.E.D: 3 Side clearance lamps fitted, 2 front top corner clearance lamps, 2 rear top red clearance lamps.

• Floor: 3mm or 5mm Aluminium checker plate over fibreglass. 28mm container plywood floor,.
• Air flow floor system, for better circulation and constant temperature.
•Pallet Skids: 4 Rows of Aluminium Pallet skids.
•Side Doors: pack door 900mm wide. Pallet width single or double doors, with 1 cam lock per door.
•Rear Doors: Triple rear doors with 1 cam lock per door, or Toddco ( Polar) 65mm insulated roller door.
