GH70K ethanol tank wagon is used to load and transport ethanol by top loading and unloading. This wagon is not equipped with centre sill. The tank body is a fishbellied full weld structure consisting of five barrels and two standard elliptical ends.

A manhole is set on the top of the tank and a liquid trap at the bottom. The coupler and coupler yoke are of 13B in C-level or E-level steel. The buffer is of MT-3 type.
