While native people of the Arctic regions hunted rather than fished from kayaks, in recent years kayak sport fishing has become popular in both fresh and salt water,especially in warmer regions. Many kayak anglers like to customize your kayaks for fishing, a process know as "rigging".

The Conger series is a compact single fishing kayak. Stable and easy to maneuver, each seating one paddler. Don't lest the size fool you- the Conger delivers great joy. Throw it in the back of your pickup and head to your favorite fishing or paddling spot.

Fishing Kayak production process:

Kayaks from Cool Kayak are roto-moulded(rotationally moundled). In this process, the finest linear, medium density polyethylene powder is poured into the Kayak Mould which is then put into a large oven and rotated until the powder has melted and formed the Kayak. Once cooled the Kayak is fitted with accessories and inspected carefully. The end-product is a lightweight and very durale Kayak with no seams.
