Prefabricated Container - BA-16

We offer prefabricated modular buildings and containers manufactured with a technology without welds.

Depending on the application can be made one-, two- and three-story structures, non standard and conventional container dimensions 2.40 x 6.00 = 14,40 m ² or 3.00 x 7.00 = 21,00 m ².

These designs can re-assembled many times. Technology without welds prevents corrosion of metal structures.

Depending on the climatic conditions of the destination, container or building settles insulation. As insulation and finishing materials we use EPS, min. wool, fiber-cement sheets of different thickness (depending on the climatic conditions of place of arrival)

Applications of modular buildings are very broad:
offices, construction offices, stores, banks, shops, warehouses, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, classrooms, schools, kindergartens, canteens, VIP-room, organizational centers, press centers, changing rooms, military camps and barracks, mobile clinics, first aid facilities, laboratories, research facilities, camps and etc.

Advantages of our prefabricated houses:

• Steel houses are flexible and light. They shake but do not cave in even in most destructive earthquakes.
• Mounting period of steel houses are much shorter than concrete buildings. Besides, prefabricated buildings can be disassembled and assembled many times.
• Steel houses are produced compatible to all kinds of climate conditions with related heat and static calculations.
• Load-bearing system does not corrode or deform due to its high density galvanized steel structure. Our steel houses can be used reliably for many years.

- When fiber cement is used:

• Fiber cement, used in facade coating of steel housing, is produced with natural materials and hence, it is environment-friendly.
• Fiber cement does not contain asbestos or any material harmful to human health.
• Fiber cement, used in facade coating of steel housing, is incombustible, does not melt and helps putting out the fire.
• Fiber cement, used in facade coating of steel housing, is not affected from water and its water absorption rate is lower than those of concrete buildings.
• Fiber cement has good heat and sound insulation.
• Fiber cement provides an elegant appearance with its wooden patterned application and viable housing for people.

Depending on the requirements, the followings are included:

• equipment, depending on the application
• painting according to RAL color catalog.

Transportation costs of such designs are very cheap, as in dismantled form occupy little space. And installation takes place in a matter of hours or days (depending on the size of the structure).
