A:We are a factory with export license.

2).Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, China. It takes about one-hour drving time from SHANGHAI . You are warmly welcome to visit our company .

3).Q: Are your products need drawings or drafts ?

A: Yes, all our products need to customers' drawing to avoid unnecessary erros and proplems.

4).Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier costs, designing fee and material charge . However , if we are going to build long-term business relationship, we will refund the sample fee to you when the order is finished .

2, Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

5). Q: Can I appointed another material for my products ?

A: Yes, definitely! Usually, the raw materials we use are Q235,Q345, 45#, 35#,20Cr,40Cr and so on

6). Q: What about your surface treatment ?

A: They are mainly sand balsting/shot blast , balck , zinc painting , oil coated and so on. Also , we can meet your other requirements ,so just let us konw your needs. We are willing to serve for you!
