Axle processing advantages:
1. Axle tube is 20Mn2 seamless pipe, through one-piece press forging and heat-treatment, which has great capacity and high strength.
2. The material of the axle head is 20Mn2 and through heat-treatment which made it stronger.
3. The axle head and axle beam be togethered by submerged -arc welding, which make the whole beam more reliable and solid.
4. Two axle head are processed at the same time by CNC lathe, which make sure the concentricity of the axle and improve the efficiency of the brake.
5. The brake lining is ground by the grind machine to make sure get more brake square with brake drum, which improve the efficiency of the brake.
