Fishing Boat "SteelFish1360" Grani-project. General information.Fishing Boat is a single-decker with deck ledge bow situated wheelhouse, ME towards midship and astern working deck and stern container (freight fish hold) for cargo, capacity 7, 5 cub. m.., displaced to the wheelhouse. The Fishing boat is supplied as a platform for installation of different kind of fishing equipment. Depending on type of equipment the boat could destine for:- Trawler.- Seine.- Liner.- Traps.- Combination of Pleasure and Fishing. Region and operation conditions - R3 in accordance with classification DNV. Regulations and building norms. Hull. A boat hull is full welded, skeleton system -transversal. Adopted shipbuilding carbonaceous steel with yeild limit 235 MPa. Steel thickness for main hull ¨C 7 mm. ME installation place is done necessary reinforced and equipped with impermeable bulkheads for collection black/gray waters. Hull protection from corrosion. For defense from corrosion of submarine part of hull foreseen the protection defense in combination with protection paints coverage. Coloring external and inlying surfaces of the hull is made with synthetic specialized shipbuilding painting materials. A Boat supplies by two anchors of raised holding force. Two (2) Anchors of 35kg each with 55mm (9mm? chain shall be provided. Anchor chain is kept in chain locker. Uprising and anchor return is performed by hand (is possible installation of windlass on Customer option). A mooring device is supplied by two ropes, by circumference abt. 60 mm. They could be used for towage. For mooring and towage it is foreseen a necessary amount of eyes, keeps and lashes. For protection of boat from damages it is foreseen the attached portable damper protection. Throwing out the dampers overside and their cleansing onboard is being provided by hand with help of the ropes (circumference 50 mm, length 3 m). On boat established two rescue circle (one of them with tench and by buoy-signal) and are foreseen air-jackets on amount to carry the crew and the fishermen. The illuminators /windows/ are to be installed in the wheelhouse. One of them is to be equipped heating and wind shield sweeper, material is triplex or organic glass, mounted in metallic frame with paste consolidation. Power Installation. Power installation disposes in middle part of boat and compose ME (main engine), driving a fixed-pitch propeller- screw and auxiliary systems. Control of ME is performed by the remote system from wheelhouse. ME is remotely controlled on and monitored by automatic instruments including automatic start ¨Cstop of the engine and its rotation speed and direction. Armature is bronze, brass. A Fuel system consists of two store-settling tanks in hull composition, one deposit buit-in servicice tank, pipe-line, fuel filter and armature. Electric power Sources - ME hung-up DC generator and two acid accumulator batteries, by capacity not less 120 ampere hours each are being the electric energy sources. Generator and accumulator batteries work in buffer mode. Air Conditioner.Air condition system will be installed, covering the bridge area and crew cabins. A diesel generator of VETUS brand, with capacity of 5 kW will be installed together with air conditioner well know Europian brand together with pipe systems.Signaling Funds.On boat to be established following alarm-distinctive lanterns:lanterns side (red - 1, green - 1); lantern stern (white - 1); lantern top (white - 1); lanterns fishing suspended (red - 1, white - 1). Navigation equipment.Navigation of the boat is performed from wheelhouse with steering control help of hand steersman engine and change of speed and direction of rotation of screw-propeller. On the boat to be installed navigation equipment as follows:• Radar, model Furuno 16-21 MK2. • VHF ¨C radio with antenna model IC-M45. • Magnetic compass. Accommodation. Accommodation facilities ¨C 6 birth, gas firing owen, WC (sink+shower).Spare parts.Spare parts, tools and appliances are foreseen in volume, put by the suppliers of equipment and mechanisms.
