Grand City Tour

We start the tour from theChain Bridge. First, we take the Margaret Bridge and drive over to Buda. We stop in theCastle Districtand during a short walk we show you the main attractions of the area.We walk to Matthias Church and to the Fishermens Bastion (from whereyou can enjoy the beautiful panorama).Next, we drive to theGellért Hill (Citadel)and show you the most spectacular view of Budapest. We then take youacross the Elisabeth Bridge to Pest and show you the famousCentral Market Hall, followed by the largestSynagogueof Europe and the City Park. We pass by Europes largest thermal spa,the Budapest Zoo and the Amusement Park, after which stop at theHeroes Square(with statues of the most famous Hungarian kings and dukes). We thentake the Andrássy Avenue to downtown Pest, pass by the Opera House andthe St Stephens Basilica. We then get off the bus again and take aninterior visit of the impressive neo-gothicHouse of Parliament(guided tour incl.). During the tour we offer a brief overview of thelast 1000 years of Hungarian history. The Tour ends in the city-centre.
