Structure Characteristics:

1.The main case and auxiliary case are combined, they have a large range of gear ratios, and first speed ratio is big and strong climbing ability.
2.Twin countershafts, power well distributed, this unique structure has high efficiency in power transfer and large load capacity.
3.Main shaft and gears on it are floating, there are no needle bearings between shaft and gears, high efficient in power transfer.
4.Fully synchronized, easy and flexible in gear shifting. The main case is equipped with double-taper faced lock-ring synchronizer, a large synchro-capacity; the auxiliary case is equipped with enhanced lock-pin inertial synchronizer, the taper face adopts non-metallic friction material, which has good reliability.
5.Thin-and-tine teeth design will make stable engagement and low noise.
6.There are various ways of power taking-off, so many types of PTOs can be equipped.
7.Double H operating mechanism, flexible shifting and good compatibility.
